CRUSH IT WITH CHELS! Offering group fitness and private group fitness classes in Calgary and area. All classes are strength and conditioning based.
I will run you through a 30 minute high intensity workout, offering modifications to all movements. I believe that strength training is an essential part of exercise that is commonly avoided due to lack of confidence and knowledge. During group training, I love to keep it challenging and motivating allowing us to grow together.

Experience training a wide variety of individuals from youth to elderly. All new clients will receive a 30 minute consultation to discuss your goals and run through a movement assessment. I will provide you with the best fitness regime that is suited for your lifestyle.
All programs are individualized to specific needs while focusing on strength, conditioning and mobility training. The goal is to get you comfortable and confident with your workouts and in the skin your in! I would love for you to take these skills and be able to adapt on your own.
It is recommended that clients train 2-3 times a week in order to stay motivated and on track.
Offering personal training via zoom.
Ive personally tested these programs to make sure that they are perfect for everyone. Offering a 4 week programs as well as a 10 week program.
These programs are designed for you to build muscle, shred fat and tighten up the midsection.
Each week has 3 HIIT circuits and 1 cardiovascular/ ab workout.
Workouts can be done anywhere, does not require a gym membership.
Minimal equipment: pair of Dumbells, Resistance Band, Skipping Rope.
Each exercise is broken down step by step with photographs and instructions.
