POWELL POWERBOWL

Directions:​

  • 1 cup Red Peppers

  • 1 cup Kale

  • 2 cups Cauliflower

  • 2 Avocados

  • 3/4 cups chickpeas

  • 2 Chicken Breast

  • 1.5 Tbl spoon Tumeric

  • 3 Tsp Honey

  • 2 Tbl spoon Tahini

  • 1 Tbl spoon lime

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa

1. Set Oven to 350 degrees

2. Add Peppers, Cauliflower and Kale to a baking sheet and pop into oven.

3. Mix chickpeas with turmeric and use another baking sheet and pop into the oven.

4. Chop up chicken and put into frying pan.

Set aside.

5. Start cooking quinoa and set aside.

6. Combine Tahini, Honey and lime in a bowl, if still think- add a bit of water!

7. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and drizzle dressing on top.

8. Enjoy!
